Am I locked into a contract?
No! No way. We know you will love our service and will want to keep enjoying our great content month after month. But if you decide to go Off Grid and swear off TV forever, you aren’t locked into any kind of contract.
Do I have to tolerate commercials, paywalls or restricted content?

Will the best shows cost me extra? Nope! We think that is crazy. Having to pay more for content or having the excitement and adventure of your favorite show interrupted by annoying commercials is ridiculous. All our content is ad free and you get full access to all content with your monthly payment.

What about the latest releases or new shows that come out?
Will I be able to watch them? We will be updating content on a regular basis to keep up with all your favorite content. And we can watch local news and first run shows on live TV at no extra cos.

Live TV channels? Am I geographically restricted in the content available?

Nope! You live in Montana but want to watch the news in Atlanta? You can tune into one of the many local channels from all over the country. And even around the world. All our content is available anywhere you have access to internet.
You say I can watch content from 7 different devises. Do they all have to be on my home account?

What about the specialty programming like Pay Per View, the sports packages or specialty channels?

I no longer want my Stream Pro subscription. What happens to the box?

I hate selling. To run this business would I have to be hounding my friends and family, cold calling people or spend all my time trying to explain this to everyone?
